Description : We were hired to build a customized layer based on MAXIMO for Oil and Gas, using Java Technology.
My role in the project on the beginning was just a Java Developer and it was increasing getting other responsibilities as CLEARCASE management migrating from CVS and report SME (Senior Matter Expert), using Actuate/BIRT and Business Objects on BI Area. The project was divided on phases, on the first one, we integrated the MAXIMO platform with SAP, on the second phase, and we supported and developed all customizations for BP.

Description :
Application with Spring(actions, beans, ejb) + Struts(actions and forms) using JNDI for DataSource, under WEBSPHERE Application Server 6.1 using EJB 2.0 that is include in Rational Software Architect, also used ACEGI for Role identification when you do the login. This Application uses MVC (Model View Controller) architecture, working with all new technologies on Java and tuning of code. All development work was done based on UML Diagrams (Class, Sequence and others) received from Designers and JAVADOC that we created to document the code. For deployment, we used ANT, and test JUNIT 4.4. The Application delivered XML’s and other files for the new POS. As a Team of 6, we worked directly with the US team.

The Omron project “www.Omron247.com” is a B2B eCommerce solution developed to the Omron Electronics Company.
The main role in this project was developer and support 24×7, involving J2EE, WebSphere Commerce Developer, Struts, EJB, using DB2 on iSeries, JDEdwards Integration, CVS as source control, IBM Rational Application Developer with the Commerce environment, XDE and WebSphere Application Server.
Working together with IBM EUA and Omron EUA teams, covering all phases of system development, guarantying the requirements alignment and it will be follow the techniques recommendation standards, providing a 24×7 support on production environment for the application.
We managed the DataLoad in DB2 of the existing products and all information necessary to put in Commerce Application.
I was working as a Technical Lead for all technologies issues and management.
